Mango Avocado Salad

Ingredients

For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Salad
  1. 2 mangoes chopped
  2. 2 avocados chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
Instructions
  • In a large serving bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper until well combined and emulsified.
  • Add the mango, avocado, onions and cilantro on top and toss to combine evenly. Serve immediately.
